Dawn Heid is the CEO of Rethink Electric. She joined Rethink Electric in2018 with a background in finance and the construction industry. For the past 10 years, she has been helping to improve the profitability of service industry businesses. After joining Rethink, she focused her energy on the growth the company needed to capitalize on a strong solar market.
She continually works to harness talent and focus resources on creating a solid organization that is fiscally responsible, understands the value of their educated and diverse workforce, and develop strong relationships with Rethink’s partners.
Max is a mechanical engineer that joined the Rethink Electric team in 2018. He grew up in Ireland, and first moved to the US in 2011. With a variety of previous work experience including the aerospace industry, medical device industry and machine design, he was able to apply his technical skills when he started in the design department at Rethink Electric. At Rethink Electric, Max has touched on all facets of the business from design, project management, crew lead and field supervision, and as a result, he has gained the insight required to oversee operations in the company.
Max shares Rethink’s vision which is Safety, Quality and Efficiency.
Adam joined the Rethink team in July of 2021, and serves as the Vice President of Operations. Having logged decades of experience in construction, he has built a wide variety of projects; including builds as diverse as community solar installations, institutional and medical buildings, funeral homes, and even custom, interactive water table for a private elementary school!
Adam’s focus at Rethink is furthering the collaborative culture of safety, efficiency, and quality; bringing projects from groundbreaking through the finish line; on time and on budget. Coming from a background as a college and professional athlete, Adam brings a team-mentality and a coaching mindset to operations at Rethink; his firm belief is that the only path to success is one in which a diverse team is inspired to support each other both in and out of the work environment.
Marc came on board in November 2021 and is responsible for business development. Growing up in The Netherlands, he moved to the US in the early 90s to go to Business School. After graduation, he worked for a midsized Fortune 500 company in various commercial and general management roles on 3 different continents before getting into the solar industry in 2008.
He’s passionate about exceeding customer expectations by forging internal and external relationships focused on long term success.
